Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. Eligible cases may receive a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, opened or used products generally cannot be returned. Each case is reviewed individually.
