How is purity verified?

Each batch is analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and confirmed by mass spectrometry. Independent third-party laboratories verify the results, which are published as a Certificate of Analysis (COA) tied to the production lot.

How should products be stored?

Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20 °C and protected from light. After reconstitution, store at 2–8 °C and use within the recommended period. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to preserve integrity.

What testing methods are used?

Our standard analytical panel includes HPLC for purity quantification and mass spectrometry (MS) for identity confirmation. Additional tests may be performed depending on the product. Methods are listed on each Certificate of Analysis.

What are your shipping times?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on destination and selected carrier; tracking is provided once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Orders are arranged directly with our team via WhatsApp, where we will share available payment options and confirm your order details before fulfillment.

Can I get a Certificate of Analysis for my lot?

Yes. Every product ships with a COA. You can also look up certificates by lot number on our Certificates page, or contact us and we will provide the document for your specific lot.
